Nathan is 19 months old!

On Tuesday, 4/24, Nathan turned 19 months old!  He's having an explosion of words this week to celebrate!  Just this week he has said: shovel, boo-boo, poop, duckie, bowl, jeep, monkey and phone!  And those are just the words I can remember.  He does not say "yes" yet, but he has learned to nod his head for yes.  He's still saying "no" quite a bit but hopefully he will stop doing that so much.

His canine teeth are so close to breaking through, hopefully by 20 months he'll have at least 2 of those in.  He's trying different foods and has enjoyed cheerios with milk, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and macaroni and cheese.

He loves to play outside and most afternoons we are out.  He helps me water the trees and few garden plants we have, and he loves to swing and slide on the play set.  He follows Emma's lead in most things.  He has seen her climb up the slide from the bottom and he immediately copied her and was able to make it all the way up.  He sees her swing on her belly and he copies her and is able to swing on his belly.  He's just a cute little boy who loves his sister and always wants to be near her.  We love him so much and are really enjoying watching him transform from baby to toddler to little boy!
