Lego creations!

Emma and Nathan made Autobots out of Legos today. They even made one for Matty!

Last ride

Matty's last ride in our old green and gray infant seat. It served us well for all 3 kids.

Matthew is 8 months old!

On July 19th Matty turned 8 months old! He's a sweet and happy baby. He crawls, pulls up to standing, and just plays all day!

He is learning to clap his hands. He's discovered how to make clicking sounds with his tongue and he does it all the time. He's learned how to get by one gate and get to the stairs. Then he looks around to see if I'm watching before laughing and beginning to crawl up them as fast as he can! I always catch him before he goes too high up.

He likes to eat Cheerios and chew on pizza crust. He's not interested in any other solid food yet. He still loves the bath tub and usually enjoys the swimming pool too. He's saying quite a few sounds, in addition to mama and dada, he says ga, ba, and ahhhhh!
