Picture day

Today is picture day at Emma's school. She really wanted to wear her hair in pigtail loops! At first I didn't want to let her, but we have many pictures of her hair down, and this is a reflection of her at this age.

Emma drew herself walking a cat. I think the hunchback figure on the left is supposed to be me, yikes!

Experiment

We decided it would be nice for Emma to experience how Mommy feels by carrying an extra few pounds on her front! We loaded her backpack with about 6 pounds of sugar and strapped it on her. She walked up the stairs a few times and decided that was enough!

Yesterday before preschool, Nathan told Emma goodbye as she lay sick on the couch. He's whispering and her voice is weak due to strep throat, but they are very sweet together!

Nathan's First Day of Preschool!

Today was Nathan's first day of preschool! He was very excited to go! This week is just 2.5 hrs Wednesday and Friday, to ease into it. Next week he starts 3 days a week, for 4 hrs.

He was so happy when I picked him up, and told me it was fun, and he wants to go back!
